Mangola diary -- March
Hullo folks, been long since I last posted.
March was the first form VI graduation ceremony at the school. The first bath of about 26 students did their Advanced Certificate Secondary Education Exams (ACSEE) since the school started eight years ago. A story of success after a couple of false starts.
Mnada was there as usual and this time something unpleasant happened when one of the lorries that usually bring people and goods from other places got an accident after brakes failed near Changarawe, few hustling guys died and other many got injured. And the usual 'operesheni zima moto' was initiated: no passengers allowed on these overworked lorries! Maybe it'll work.
It rained; well, the truth is we who are not working on the land were belated but our nearest cousins who are working on the land it a blessing they don't need, whatsoever. These rains are coming when nobody wants them and don't when they do!
